It depends on where you are. International delivery usually takes about 15-30 business days. Delivery details (tracking information) will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 30 days have passed please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
Due to the global crisis brought by the Covid19, processing your order may take longer time than our above usual average processing time, hence delivery of your order may get delayed and we can't guarantee as to the specific average time of arrival as the entire delivery time will depend on the authorities or couriers handling your items.
Usually, there are no additional import costs as most of the packages are low value and often marked as gifts. However, we cannot guarantee that it will never happen. Therefore, please note that customs duties may apply and you are responsible for paying them. For UAE, customs duty is 5%.
Yes, you can still cancel your order if the item hasn't shipped yet. Otherwise, our Return Policy will apply, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Don't worry, you can still receive your shipment by using the public PO boxes strategically located in different places in UAE. How? In your shipping address, don't forget to put the PO box number. Choose from any of the post offices where you want your order to be delivered or where you want to pick up (click here to view the list of Post offices). Kindly note though that you will have to pay a small amount for using the public PO box, usually around AED15 (check here).
